Each year, FOCUS prepares Thanksgiving Food Boxes for an average of 175 households (over 500 individuals). Households receive all the fixings for a Thanksgiving turkey dinner plus additional fresh and frozen meats, fresh produce, canned foods and nonperishables.
Food Box pickup date is Nov. 23rd,
the Monday before Thanksgiving.
Must register in person by November 9th
at the Etna or Fort Jones Libraries, the
Scott Valley Family Resource Center in Ft. Jones,
or the Salmon River Restoration Council in Sawyers Bar.
Thanksgiving Food Box Giveaway
Each fall, qualified households register for a Thanksgiving Food Box to pick up the Monday before Thanksgiving from noon to 2 p.m. at the Valley Oaks Community Center in Greenview. Must be registered to receive boxes.
